Feed processing enterprise equipment maintenance in the new period of time to explain

In the era of Industry 4.0, the equipment maintenance work of feed processing enterprises needs to be transformed from traditional to modern. The transformation includes three aspects: the technical characteristics of feed mills in the new period, the cultivation of maintenance technology talents, and the establishment of a maintenance system.
 
In the new period of the technical characteristics of the feed mill, feed processing enterprises are mechanization, automation, digitalization, intelligent direction, which is the operation of the equipment, and maintenance personnel skills required higher and higher.
 
In terms of the cultivation of maintenance technology personnel, traditional feed processing enterprises need maintenance personnel with only primary skills. Still, with automation, digitalization, intelligence, and other technologies in feed mills, the maintenance personnel needed to master information, network, PLC, configuration, and other information technology. Therefore, feed companies need to train or recruit maintenance technicians who are proficient in multi-disciplinary fields.
 
In the establishment of a maintenance system, a full maintenance system (TPM system) is currently recognized maintenance system. Still, the key to this system is the establishment and maintenance of the system. The maintenance system demanded by feed mills in the new era needs to be adjusted in six aspects, namely, equipment file, equipment spot check, equipment maintenance, equipment lubrication, equipment repair, and fault management.
