3.Comprehensive utilization and harmless treatment facilities such as anaerobic digestion and composting of manure and sewage, organic fertilizer processing, biogas production, separation and transportation of biogas residue and liquid, sewage treatment, and livestock and poultry carcass treatment.
4.If you have entrusted others to comprehensively utilize and harmlessly treat livestock and poultry breeding waste, you do not need to build comprehensive utilization and harmless treatment facilities on your own.
