Features

● Stainless steel DDC with 12 steam injectors and 6 liquid nozzles.

● Combined shaft makes it easy to check or replace bearings in bearing house.

● Involute spline shaft is adapted makes it easy to adjust and replace the screw.

● Circled tunnel design barrel with Iiner can achieve heating/cooling function.Steam and water can also be injected directly into the barrel.

● Screw is made of special anti-wear alloy with large L/D ratio assures smoothly production for all kinds of sinking / floating feed.

● Fast replacing mechanism for die and screw and on-line adjustment for cutter.

● It is mostly suitable for produce floating pellet in die diameter 2~6mm.
