Features

Main features:

(1) Dual-shaft differential stainless steel temperer, 8 points of steam and 4 points of liquid addition;

(2) Powerful gear box, the maximum can withstand 400 horsepower torque and thrust, with circulating cooling system;

(3) The cylinder is embedded with wear-resistant bushing, and the stainless steel jacket is outside, which can be heated/cooled, and can also directly inject high-pressure steam or water into the cylinder;

(4) The screw made of special wear-resistant materials can ensure the continuous and stable production of floating feed of various particle sizes with a length to diameter ratio of 19.5;

(5) Convenient and fast die replacement mechanism and online adjustable cutting device.
