SQLZ Series Pulverous Material Screener

SQLZ series pulverous material screener is mainly used in compound feed mills and factories for powder material cleaning. It can separate big impurities like the stems, stones, fibers, paper and big lumps so that the material can go through the other equipment smoothly, which efficiently guarantee the normal production of the equipment and conveying equipment in the process next to this machine. This machine can also be used after the mixer to screen, crumble and remove the lump material to guarantee the quality of the compound feed.

Features

● High efficiency, stable rotation, reliable operation, compact structure, small area occupation. It is easy to be installed, convenient to maintenance and simple for screen changing.

● The rotor mounted with beater rotates fast and splash the material to the whole circle of the drum screen and pass the holes fast The lump material is broken by the beater.

● The beater on the rotor has an angle to the rotor shaft and can push the material or the big impurities forward and out of the machine. The beater rotates together with the rotor and remove the impurities on the screen all the time.
